You need a Doctor of Clinical Psychology who understands the science, has lived the experience, and can give you the clinical tools to reclaim your life.

It starts as a whisper.
A missed period or a shorter fuse. But lately it feels like you are walking around with an invisible backpack filled with bricks. You are holding it together for everyone else while you feel like you are slowly disappearing.
You have been told "it is just a phase" or "your labs look normal." But you know something has shifted. You aren't just aging. You are navigating a massive physiological storm without a map.

It is not just "tired." It is a nervous system running on empty. You drag yourself through the day on willpower wondering where your spark went.

One minute you are fine. The next you are snapping at the people you love. This isn't a personality flaw. It is your brain chemistry trying to recalibrate in real time.

You feel isolated in a crowded room. Your partner tries to understand but can't. Your general practitioner dismisses your reality. You need someone who sees the whole clinical picture.

You have Googled everything. HRT or natural? Keto or Mediterranean? You are drowning in conflicting advice. You need a filter based on science, not trends.
My journey through Hashimoto’s and Menopause taught me what a medical textbook never could.

I know the frustration of sitting on that exam table. I know what it feels like to hold a lab report that says "everything is normal" while your body feels like it is falling apart.
Before I founded The MenoPsychologist, I was fighting my own physiological battle. I was navigating the double storm of Perimenopause and Hashimoto’s, an autoimmune thyroid condition.
I experienced the bone-deep fatigue. The brain fog that made me question my own intelligence. The weight gain that wouldn't budge. I felt like a stranger in my own skin.
I realized that standard medicine was failing me.
So I stopped waiting for permission to heal. I used my background as a Doctor of Clinical Psychology to dig into the research. I stopped treating symptoms and started treating the system.
I studied the connection between the nervous system, inflammation, and hormones. I didn't just try "wellness trends." I developed a clinical protocol based on neurology and nutrition.
The result is what you see in these photos.
I put my Hashimoto’s into remission. I regained my energy. I navigated menopause not by suffering through it, but by understanding the science behind it.
Why This Matters For You: I am a clinician who has successfully navigated the exact path you are on right now. I know how scary it feels to lose control of your body. But I also know exactly how to help you get it back.
Midlife is an extremely vulnerable time in a woman's life. It requires more than just encouragement. It requires expertise.

"I can’t say enough about the services and transformational advice given by Dr. Kerri Nevin. Doing the medical medium cleanse and eating clean has been a mental health game changer. For years upon years I had anxiety and severe depression. The fatigue had gotten so bad in the last 10 years… doing the medical medium cleanse: LW, CJ, & HMDS has changed everything and has virtually erased my depression and the awful negative cycle of thought patterns that arise when you’re in that state.
Even though it takes effort for sure, it’s so worth it because it changes my mood and energy and allows me to be the person I want to be. I tried going off the cleanse and I was right back in the depression pit. However, I’m done messing around now. Life is too short to be feeling like garbage when I can change things with my diet to feel completely different in the best way possible. Dr. Kerri Nevin coached me to take the steps I needed to take to get to full medical medium.
From debilitating depression and fatigue, to energetic Mama on a mission. I’m so thankful for Dr. Kerri Nevin and her brilliant mind. Please listen to her, it can change your life for the better."

"Dr. Kerri Nevin provided an exceptional and deeply meaningful training for our psychotherapy team on perimenopause and its impact on anxiety, depression, executive functioning, and overall mental health. Her presentation illuminated how often these symptoms are misunderstood or misattributed, and it significantly strengthened our ability to care for women and individuals with uteruses across the lifespan.
What stood out most was her ability to translate complex medical and psychological information into clear, clinically relevant guidance. The knowledge she shared was immediately useful in our work, especially given how easily perimenopause can be confused with primary mood or anxiety disorders. She also shared thoughtfully curated resources for continued learning, which our team greatly appreciated.
In just one hour, Dr. Nevin offered a wealth of knowledge while remaining warm, engaging, and grounded. We left feeling more confident, more attuned, and better equipped to support our clients with nuance and care. I would wholeheartedly recommend her to any clinical team seeking to deepen their understanding of perimenopause and women’s mental health!"

"Dr. Kerri is an absolute gem on every level. I have been working with her for almost 10 years and cannot say enough wonderful things. I connected with her immediately and appreciated the way she genuinely listened to me and helped me learn new ways of looking at things. During our time together we have covered a myriad of life's issues and I don't know what I would have done, or would do, without her. She has helped me from both a physical and mental health perspective and I love how everything she supports is all natural and within our control. We have laughed, we have cried and probably everything in between...she has helped guide me through my childhood trauma, a divorce, death of family members, work struggles and currently, a very painful break-up. She has become part of my healing circle and I couldn't be more grateful. She is a genuine soul and is all about empowering you as an individual to learn healthier techniques so that you can navigate life's challenges more confidently. Thank you Dr. Kerri for being you!"

"I already have a OBGYN. Why do I need the 'MenoPsychologist' too?"
Your OBGYN handles the biology. I handle the psychology. I provide the missing piece. Practical, clinical tools to regulate a nervous system that is currently under construction. Most general practitioners simply aren't trained in the mental health aspects of menopause. I am.
"I’m barely holding it together by 6 PM. Do I really have to come out/log on for this?"
This is a therapeutic approach to wellness. While I am a licensed therapist, my groups and workshops are educational and supportive spaces designed to give you psychological tools. They are led with the safety and ethics of a clinician, which means you are in safe hands.
"What is the ROI (Return on Investment)?"
Free groups are great for venting, but they often lack safety. This is a clinically facilitated space offering science backed educational information. You aren't just getting peer support. You are getting expert guidance and a safe container that actually moves the needle on your well-being.
